Terms and Conditions

1. Services and Payment:

The services provided by Cocoworking (referred to as “the Company”) include access to coworking space, amenities, and any additional services as per the selected plan. If you purchase a House and Living” service via us we act as an intermediary entity, therefore we do not take any responsibility on behalf of the third party hotel or accommodation.

All payments for coworking services are subject to the pricing specified on our website or in official communication.

Payment methods include cash, SEPA bank transfer, Debit or Credit cards allowed on our TPV service, either on site or virtual. All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable.

2. Access and Usage:

Access to the coworking space is granted based on the selected pass and its specified operating hours.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access or terminate services to any individual or entity that breaches the terms of use or engages in disruptive behavior.

Access to the coworking space is provided by a front desk service, according to opening hours, and an automated access service working with internet connection.

The Company is not responsible for the proper functioning of the Internet connection, as it is provided by an external entity and subject to technical measures, and therefore cannot guarantee the speed and the access outside of the front desk opening hours.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality:

The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the privacy and security of personal information provided by clients.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any other personal information.

Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Pass and Monthly+ (plus):

Monthly passes are non-refundable once purchased.

Monthly passes can be cancelled with a minimum 30-day notice and rescheduled in a period no longer than 12 months from the day of its initial use.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to matteo@cocoworking.info.

If the cancellation request is received after the notice period, the pass cannot be rescheduled.

Booth Tokens included in the Monthly Pass are meant to be used weekly and are not accumulable.

Unused portions of days in your Monthly passes are not accumulable and cannot be used forward.

2. Week and Day Passes:

Week and Day Passes are non-refundable once purchased.

Week and Day Passes can be cancelled with a minimum 15-day notice and rescheduled in a period no longer than 6 months from the day of its initial use.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to matteo@cocoworking.info.

Day Packages are considered Day passes and, exceptionally, are valid for a period of 45 days starting from the first use.

If the cancellation request is received after the notice period, the pass cannot be rescheduled.

Unused portions of Week and Day Passes are not accumulable and cannot be used forward.

Extra Services:

Extra services (e.g., Booth Tokens, Monitors, 24h Access, 24/7 Access, Personal Desk, Mail Box, Locker) are non-refundable once purchased.

Extra services are directly related to the pass with which it was purchased and cannot be used outside the period of use of the pass.

Booth Tokens can be canceled up to 24h hours before the scheduled time.

House & Living:

The “House & Living” service, intended as an intermediary commission, is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable only within 24 hours from the time of payment.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to matteo@cocoworking.info.

Refunds are not applicable to any services utilized or consumed within the coworking space.

Loss & Damages

Disclaimer of Liability for Personal Belongings:

The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left unattended within the coworking space.

Users are advised to exercise caution and ensure the security of their belongings while using the facilities.

The Company shall not be responsible for any items left or lost in common areas, workspaces, or any other parts of the coworking premises.

It is recommended that users do not leave valuable items unattended and consider using lockers or other secure storage options provided by the Company.

The Company disclaims any liability for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items on the premises. Users utilize the coworking facilities at their own risk.
